Working as part of a team, the course developer: Develops, maintains, and revises training courses, adhering to IBM style standards and using standard tools (MS Office, Adobe FrameMaker, HTML/CCS, Flash, Camstasia, Centra, IBM Content Producer, IBM Simulation Producer). Produces visual materials for courses and adheres to graphical standards. Tests and corrects hands-on lab instructions. Ensures that course materials are well organized and appropriate for the intended learner. Proofreads and edits own work and work of others to improve clarity and readability.
