The primary role of the division will be to understand the customers’ needs by maintaining a relationship with them, through continuous support and advisory offerings. This will be delivered mostly over the telephone. Purpose * Generate revenue streams through cross sell of Wealth Management and investment products to a telephone managed Citibank portfolio. * Source new client referrals from Citibank’s new relationship management division and calling programs with "acquired" clients * Delivery of the financial plan and achievement of the business objectives & Targets Dimension & Context * Report to Direct Investment Team Leader * Telephone Sales & Investment Advice * Location – Canary Wharf, London * Regulatory and compliance environment Core responsibilities * Provide a direct investment advice service to clients within a sales environment * Proactively meet customer needs by selling banking and investment products to existing and new customers from a Multi-tied offering * Source new target market clients that support the attainment of business objectives & targets * Acquire and apply product knowledge to satisfy client financial and investment needs. * Effectively manage referred clients to deliver financial targets * Act in accordance with all regulatory, compliance and KYC policies (both internal and external) and communicate to clients as appropriate * Adopt "hands on" approach to client contact and follow up * Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of wealth management product set in order to match our products and services with client needs * Provide a first class level of service to ensure that clients are satisfied and continue to want to do business with Citibank.
