We are looking for a talented individual to be part of our success. Job Description: Due to extensive, ongoing expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Senior Finance position. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team in a diverse environment that will allow and promote ongoing personal development. The position will involve taking a lead role in the wide variety of financial projects commensurate with a growth business. This will include financial modelling and liaison with various business partners on various projects (e.g. assessing the implications of new commercial opportunities, capex reviews, investment appraisal etc). Additionally you will take full responsibility for all the corporation tax matters in relation to the Group, working closely with tax advisors to ensure adequate planning and timely completion. Your responsibilities will also include the development and management of controls for review of various third party commercial revenue streams. Candidate Specification: The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant, with a strong academic background and a commercial outlook. You will have excellent IT skills, a proven track record in financial modelling and ideally (not essential) some systems implementation experience. You will have a detailed understanding and experience of Corporation Tax, gained either through secondment with a reputable Accountancy Practice or in Industry. You will be a self-motivated, ambitious, team player, with the ability to prioritise your workload and communicate effectively with both internal and external contractors. It is also desirable that the candidate will have some Audit / control implementation experience.
