Job Description: As a result of our unprecedented rapid growth, we are looking to recruit a highly motivated full-time Chief Executive Officer to work closely with the board of directors and company staff and to be responsible for the commercial success, strategic vision, leadership and management of the company in these exciting and challenging times. You will have overall accountability and responsibility for the effective financial management, planning and monitoring of Lhasa Limited, and will be required to identify further business opportunities in order to deliver company objectives. You will also be required to review, establish and maintain an appropriate structure for the management of the company, and ensure the effectiveness and smooth running of the company in the areas of administration, customer support, database and knowledge base development, finance, IT services, sales and marketing and software development. Candidate Specification: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years senior managerial experience with a proven track record of success within a commercially driven environment. You should have a degree (or equivalent), and be able to demonstrate a capacity to lead and develop initiatives within a strategic framework, whilst managing a diverse team of staff. You will also have a proven ability to effectively manage financial resources, and excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting information at board of director level. Skills: A natural leader and driven high achiever, you will have excellent influencing skills, leadership and negotiation skills, with an ability to deliver and work to tight deadlines.
