Job Description: This is a key role within the company's support structure and reports directly to the Head of Business Services. Your responsibilities will include: * CRM analysis and database management. Providing the business with information, statistics and KPIs enabling the business to make informed decisions. * Manage the service delivery of non-application Service Providers to ensure they deliver their services in accordance with SLA's and contract. * Working with Head of Business Services in the formulation and delivery of IT strategy. * Work with Applications Manager to ensure suitable reporting and data mining facilities are available within the applications. * Act as the central point of reference and contact with the Business and 3rd Party Suppliers in relation to ATM's, GCA Machines, Fixed Telephony, Mobile Telephony, Web Applications and Presence, IT Support, Sky etc. Candidate Specification: This is a key management position and you will need to have a proven track record within a successful company. A strong understanding of CRM systems is essential, understanding the importance of the data and its uses within the company. You will be a key figure involved in the formulation of on going and new CRM systems. Full life cycle experience is of benefit. You will have extensive experience being the main point of contact for 3rd party suppliers with the ability to negotiate many varied SLA's. You will be able to understand the business requirements and translate these to new and existing suppliers, holding regular Performance and Cost Reviews as required.
