They will also help build core systems for a next generation engine by participating in the design of the engine and will perform some testing. Main tasks will focus on the software engineers strengths or previous experience, with subtasks spread across multiple disciplines to promote shared knowledge and robustness of the entire system. Programmers will be expected to follow the technical direction of the Software Engineering Director and help mentor junior level programmers. Programmers will work with the designers, artists and other personnel who are in the development of the core gaming system. They will produce documentation for other programmers use and will operate within the context of highly defined procedures. Requirements: 3 or more years of professional experience in the game industry.
