Job Description: We currently require an experienced Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to work in our store in the heart of Dublin City Centre. The Store Manager is responsible for the running of the branch and the management of all staff. Targets are set and it is the responsibility of the Store Manager to ensure that those targets are achieved. Managing a medium sized team you will drive sales and ensure that the service you provide is second to none. The Assistant Store Manager will offer support to the Store Manager as well as supporting and motivating the sales team to drive forward sales of the brand. Candidate Specification: Candidates should have at least 5 years experience in a Management role and must have managed a stand alone site. They must be experienced at dealing with customers on a one to one basis and must have experience working with premium brand merchandise. Must also be good at dealing with people. Skills: Must have at least 5 years experience in a Management role. Must have experience working with a luxury brand.
