This is an exciting role with varied responsibilities. Acting as a Microsoft champion in the company the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering at least 2 enterprise quality large-scale projects in .NET. Ability to lead technical teams by example in technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, XML, COM+, full understanding of relational databases and in depth knowledge of SQL Server. Ability to develop object models from the functional requirements, use cases and architecture using UML. Keen exponent of software development methodologies and processes like RUP and XP with an excellent understanding and proven use of design patterns. You will have at least 5 years consulting/development experience with at least 2 years of which at architect level in a .NET environment. Any team leading or mentoring is advantageous.
