Requirements: 3 - 5 years of engineering experience. Highly proficient in C++ and object-oriented design. Prior programming experience developing movement, navigation and decision making AI for FPS or RTS games. Strong communication skills; ability to work closely with other high-caliber engineers and designers. Self motivated with strong work ethic and ability to succeed with limited supervision. Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or related field. An avid gamer with a passion for creating AAA titles for the industry leader. Optional Desired Qualifications: Prior experience shipping console products (PS2, Xbox, NGC), preferably FPS or RTS. Prior hands-on exposure to Xbox 360 or PS3. Unreal Engine programming experience, especially UE3.
